I have come across many a PPC programs ...but given google rules the world..which other ones are in the rat race as well??

Which advertiser lets you have the maximum amount on a per click or on an impression basis? , of course next to google.

How may of those can you use in tandem with each other? i.e. at the same time without violating any TOS of any advertisers?

I don't think they are as strict as Adsense, you may have to read their individual TOS.

Adsense is definitely the best in getting your website out to the widest audience

YPN is the second best at this time.

I don't know if you may have to should be use. It should really say, you have to read their TOS. No matter what program you use, if you don't read their TOS then you are really putting yourself into something that you are not fully aware of and if you do something wrong that is mentioned in their TOS, then you will lose your account most probably without pay. Loosing an account with lots of earnings will effect you quite a bit probably, but reading a sites TOS will only take a few minutes. I know what I would want to choose.

Yeah YPN & Microsoft Ad center is best after google but only for US publisher. According to my view Adbrite is the BEST.

    Thanks

Clicksor isn't a bad program for publishers and pays pretty well for clicks.
If it was available worldwide then YPN might be second best to Adsense.
