Adsense is the method that works for me and the previous buyers - never tried anything else but I see Yahoo as the only alternative but they need US traffic only and this is not cheap to get

so Adsense is the only solution now

I do know there is some risk involved but I have learnt in business school is that the more risk you take the more profit/loss you can get

Looking for a adsense alternative without worrying about being terminated, try PeakClick. Adsense pays more, but you can send any kind of traffic.

I use them for my iffy sites that I don't want to risk my adsense account.

Well, I couldn't really figure out what went wrong with the banned guy because Google never tells you detailed information about it - they just say "Invalid clicks"
