I have been contacted by NettSolutions.com and I was wondering if they were worth the trouble. They claim they can guarantee we will be at the top of Google and yahoo in the sponsor links. Please let me know.

You mean they guarantee they will get you to the top of the ppc ads in yahoo and google?

On face value - that doesn't seem all that attractive an offer. If you have a reasonable page, a moderately well-written ad and are prepared to bid a substantial amount on your maximum cost per click - it's something you should be able to do regardless..

Or am I reading your post incorrectly?

Thanks for the quick response. You are reading correctly. So you think that we could do this our selves? What is a substantial bid? I also wanted to know if the company was reputable? They seem to have kind of high pressure tactics. This all makes me nervous.

 

I am not sure about the guarantee. I did not get that fer yet.

You can definitely do it yourself. Do you already have a PPC campaign running right now? If so, try upp'ing your bids and see what happens. Raise your bids, make sure all of your keywords are relevant in the campaign and make sure the site is relevant to the keywords and you should rank at the top.

This will not create the highest ROI, but will work.
