Where you saw that? For me it's showing PR4! Check yourself once. If you are in doubt, take a look at the screenshot

 

Bu the color is ORANGE not GREEN , that means PR isn't Valid

 

That does not necessarily mean it's fake PR. It just takes some time to adjust, after a domain has been expired. These are expired domains with PR. So there won't be any problems, if it already has a valid rank. If you correctly see there, then RED color means the PR is fake. But here it's orange.. Hope you understand that.. Pagerank of the Expired domains with valid PR mostly remains suspicious until some content is added after it has been re-registered. After that when Google finds the content it starts re-indexing the page and shows correct PR. If the sites have Fake PR already before they expire, then the PR will definitely drop after registering them. But the domains I listed don't have any fake ranks. You can check with "checkpagerank.net". It can recognize whether the site has fake PR or not. If a domain with proper PR expires, it always shows that PR is suspicious. But the PR won't drop after registering them. I have had experienced this already.

This is why people grab expiring domains with PR! Actually fake PR sites use 301 or 302 redirects to a high PR site in order to get PR. But that does not mean that all the expiring domains with suspicious PR are of fake PR. Fake PR sites, even though they are expired, can be recognised by tools easily using the google cached version of the site, but that is not the case with expired true PR sites as they won't have any current pages to confirm the status of PR. So tools show Unconfirmed or Suspicious PR for expired sites with real PR.

Hello, that doesn't mean that PR is not valid. As there is content in the sites after they have expired, the site won't be cached in google. But if you add some content to it, the PR will be green as it again will be re-indexed by Google . As long as the backlinks from yahoo and other SE s (not google) exist, the PR will remain. You better check checkpagerank.net. I don't need to explain to every single person here. Even if the PR is is not there, these domains are worth the amount I am asking. Please don't hijack this thread, if you don't want to buy or if you are not aware of these things. I don't need bumping of threads by any one. Don't get me wrong. Thanks
