need quick php job

    I need someone to put ads on all pages of the site tech author.net

    I can't find the right file to edit that makes it sitewide, if someone can find that file and put the code up, along with editing the name "articlems" please PM me.

    willing to pay $5, shouldn't take more t han 5 min
