    you are late dude...the cell phone plans in African are soo cheap...they mostly use Motorala Phones...way better than T-Mobile

    t-mobile dosnt builds its own phones. they just buy them from nokia or whatever , put a print a t-mobile logo on it and customize the os with some ugly skins.
