Why does everything has to be free or cheap?

    I think 50$ is cheap.

There was a lot of work invested into software products like vbulletin or the vBlog or vBSEO or whatever.
Let them earn their money, and help them to develop the existing products further and develop new products that help us earn money ourselves

I am thinking about buying the blog too so I am very interested in a few experiences

We purchased it, and it seems to be a very nice blog implementation.

I currently have vblogetin installed and it works like a charm. IMO vblogetin has a better interface and plenty of options to choose from. Vblog on the other hand is still a new product and needs lots of improvements which I believe will come by the passage of time.

When you think about what you get for $50 dollars it is a great deal. I have many clients very happy with the program :).

I bought the blogs for www.talkwhatever.com and I think it's a decent first stab and I look forward to the team at Jelsoft really pulling it together with great features updates in the next couple rounds of updates. I think getting it early is the right decision for my forum.

The admin features - both for the forum administrator and the blogger controls - are lacking, but I suspect they will be more full-featured in the first update.

The one thing that the blog tool really lacks is better integration with the forum software.
