I just want to get some opinion from some forum webmaster

when you start build up a forum

that will be the hardest back to stay active the forum.

Will you hire forum poster like 10 usd for posting very useful info in the forum

or pay 50 members to sign up and post a thread

i have try pay 50 members to sign up and post 2 thread before.

but the member only want the money, once they sign up and take the money, they wont come back to the forum and loyal to it.

Anyway can you suggest to STAY ACTIVE a new FORUM?

I've run quite a few successful forums in the past without paying anyone anything...

Forums aren't that easy to start and maintain....it needs time and dedication...Anyways, from what I see, yours is way to "anything about everything" and it makes it harder.

Pay them a flat rate per month, you can get people alot cheaper then that to post though.

Hmm, What i would probally do is pay someone to recruit members that are interested in criteria topic of your forum.

Like for example: You have a forum on pets, then you would want to recruit someone that will hunt down users interested in pets maybe from other pet forums, or pet related website's. All though you do not want to try to take other forums members, That woul cause a bad name on your side.

Also you will want to make sure you got some nice related content that would be very helpful for those users. This will get them to return back to your forum. If you have a small members list you may want to disable where it shows the total amount of users on your forum until you get plenty good amount.

I hope this may help. if not i tried :)

haha, but normally i pay them 0.20 per member with 2 post, once they take the money, they will gone. No loyal to it.

as you say, where can i grab new member by telling them i paying them?

I wouldn't pay for people to sign up, I would probably pay for posts though just to get some content there. Just to be honest, I will never join and talk on a forum that doesn't already have traffic there.

You can always try a revenue sharing program like DP and have the posters share in revenue which would give them an incentive to stay and post.
