Send a personal letter to Google, and explain them about your issue, use your name, last name, addreess, phone number, etc etc, try to help them to find out your problem. You not should be ungry with them :)

And try to use another way, like chitika dot com, ebay, amazon, etc :)

    Best,

Well this happened to me once with an affiliate program and they pit pocketed $1000 from my a/c for a simple wording error. So i lost $1000 bucks for those morons :(

But as someone once said failures and disappointments are the pillars for once success, Just try to contact them again or give them a phone call, if that doesn't work just forget abt it. And move on with another ad program as there are sooooooo many ad programs out their who even pays better.

Let us know how things work out :)

I bet that the people that keep recommending YPN don't use it - it totally sucks because they can't deliver a targeted ad more than twice in a row, and the days of the "higher paying clicks than Adsense" are over..
Forget about YPN, try Kontera. Others recommend Adbrite, but it sucked when i tried it..

Sad to hear that. Since your income comes close to $250 a day, I presume your traffic is heavy. Try to use affiliate programs close to your niche topic and the returns could even be higher than Adsense.

They have warned lots of websites after they issued this rule.

If they would continue to send warnings, everybody would just wait with removing the ads next to images until they got a warning.

I would definitely keep pursuing them, showing you've put things right now.

But meanwhile you should think about affiliates. I have a travel site that was all adsense income until a few months ago, when i started focussing on affiliates properly (not just sticking a banner on) and now affiliate income is quite a bit more than adsense, and the adsense hasn't fallen at all for the site.

There is money in travel affiliates if you work at it!

I too agree with Will, you should contact adsense. In the meantime, you can start some affiliate marketing for your website and contact people who provide performance based marketing services. These two can help you gain more business and compensate for what you lost. Cheers

Happened to one of my friend, for the exact same reason, and only a few months after the no image rule has been put into the adsense TOS which was in january 2007 and not "well over a year ago" as someone suggested.

My friend has been unable to convince the guy at the other end of the email to reaccept the site in adsense, when their only problem with it was the images next to ads which were promptly removed.

And if you divert traffic to another site, you'll be VERY FINE, don't listen to the ill advice of one digital point member who says that this new site will be banned, this is totally wrong. Of course in your new site, just like the old one, you will not have images next to ads. So do another one and have a prominent link on your old site pages which redirect to the new one, you'll get back some of the 250$ daily.
