hi friends ! i have created a " Tutorials ( graphic design , animation etc. )" website . how to get a lot of visitors for the website ? help .
This is a good suggestion. This is done even by bigger tutorial sites. It really helps all, to get free tutorials for some topics.
it seems very useful tips ! thanks friends for sharing your experience . do you know any other method ?
of course, when you can, add your tutorials in your signature here in DP. Try to register in other forums related with your tutorials, share information and use your signature, etc etc
hi kneb ! hi havent't uploaded all tutorials yet . my tutorials are related to 3d modeling and animation , graphic designing , music creation , video effects etc. thanks !
I myself have used the youtube method and I can speak from expirience it does help and a lot at that! Just make sure your tut is good or they will ripp it apart on youtube! If you need help with getting some actual vid tuts feel free to PM me. I can make them for a limited fee on all sorts of programs and such.
please someone give me detail about how to make a tutorial video . which things are important ? help.
Well the first thing you need to do is get a good video recording program. I use Camtasia Studio from techsmith.com Its exspensive but worth the money. Then you need to decide what you want to teach, once you know hit that record button and make it!
but how the visitors will come to my website ? it appears that i will have to show my site site address in the video . is it right ?
Lol, well rember there are different ways to make money. I own many tutorial related sites and each makes a different amount. And yes its best to show your sites address on the video and in the description text of the video. As for # of visitors, one of my sites gets a couple hundred people per day from one youtube video. But the tutorial I chose to do was not very popular. I suggest you go to youtube and type in Tutorials to the search box. See what comes up first. Make a tutorial like that and you have a winner
Well I actually have a little tip for you on that! What I do is record it at 1024X768 now we know that cant be seen well on youtube as youtube downsizes it to 320X240 but this encourages people to check out the full res version on your website!
very fine tip ! thanks . one thing more my site is not getting listed in search engines even typing whole url . any help about this topic ?
For that you need to do multiple things! For one you need to look up some SEO type stuff. I wrote a SEO ebook I could send you if you want! Just give me your email address and I can send it off. The tips in it will help you get grounded and indexed!
