    Hello,
there have been loads of threads talking about change in the directory industry! About how we need to revamp it to make it better, to make it as an independent long standing industry!

Jumping on the information industry and the mobile industry! I'm glad to share that Dir.vc now has a WAP version, and is now accepting WAP ready sites.

the WAP version is still beta, and am still working on it to make it accept more devices. please do post comments. :)

    Regards,
    M.
PS: i bet im the first phpLD owner to go the WAP way ;),

PSS: As i said im still testing this, i will release a MOD once its stable.

Bet your not ;) but fantastic news to see people looking to the future.

Shoot, I nearly gave the game away then, an ex phplder' turned phpLynx fanatic bigging up a respected phplder'. Wow, what's the world coming to.

Good luck and I really mean that. :)

I am not sure if cell phone users will want or need to use a directory, but please do post stats as it could be the future for all of us.

I think this is a right step in right direction as according to an survey most of the users visiting BBC's site are mobile phone users from the mobile phones.

    I appreciate your innovative thinking!

    We should be always innovative!

i guess my (coming) mod should do the trick!
It gets a 5 for mobi readiness!!!

.mobi has extra restrictions which will have to be looked into like no 301s and both www. and non www should work,.....
