i just checked the xoom india site and found out that they are offering
Deliver or deposit up to $2500, with no service fees when sending $700 or more!
    https://www.xoom.com/fees?disb=deposit&co=IN&amount=700.00

But when i calculate the fees it still shows 13$ fee? what exactly does the above offer mean?

    Mates,

Make few things clear in your mind regarding this merchant. You CAN NOT Use value added service UNLESS your a U.S Citizen ( I believe Indians also hold U.S Passports under Dual Citizenship being offered) and hold a US Bank Account under your name. Now you can send money for FREE Of cost to any Indian Account (be it under your name or some one else, doesn't matter). Fo All Other Citizens you have to use the standard service and have to pay a nominal Fee as getting money in your account in max two days actually would have cosed a lot more.

Money 2 India doesn't accept Paypal i believe. Correct me if i'm wrong. They only accept direct Cash deposits.
