Countries in which you would NOT sell?

I know some countries, such as Nigeria, are associated with id fraud, etc.

What are some others that you would not want to sell something?

 

Any country not using USD, CAD or Euro.

 

Jerlene's right, most other countries outside of the 3 he mentioned are scammer playgrounds.

It's a dangerous mentality and I don't know why you don't wanna sell to these places !

Well, I would be concerned about accepting an order from certain countries. Credit card fraud is common from some countries, like Nigeria. I get emails from people fairly often wanting to ship large quantities of products to places in some parts of Africa. I wouldn't be surprised if the payment was reversed or a stolen credit card was used.

 

You'll have a VERY limited market.

 

Don't forget the British Pound

I would stick to:
USA/Canada/Europe just for convenience, nothing to do with fear of fraud.

 

There is no country I wouldn't sell to. As long as I am assured that I wouldn't be scammed.

 

If so,you will lose good business.

Iran,guess no good market there.

 

I saw on tv that many of the scammers in Nigeria are having a hard time because people are getting wise to them. Now they're moving to nearby countries and even Iran is said to be inviting them there. Or atleast certain people in Iran.

You are forgetting about the Asian markets. What about AUD, not much smaller then CAD.

 

Nope. I only like to do business with the ones I've mentioned. I know these currencies as well as I do USD.

 

You forgot INR (Indian Rupees) and British Pounds

Fair enough. But to say the CAD is a more dominant currency then the Asian markets is just laughable.

 

I will sell to anyone who can pay.

 

The currencies as a whole are more dominating.
