Do you make good revenue with popups/popunders? If so, what do you find works best when it comes to using this monetization method? Proxies, entertainment sites, download sites, something else? I was doing well with Adversal in late 2006 by creating bikini model sites. I'd set each site up to work like a collection of photo galleries, with only a few pictures on each page along with a next button to get to the next page. With around 12k/uniques a day I was making well over $100/day. I've moved past this idea, so feel free to use it and improve on it. Make sure you share your experiences though, I'm curious to know what you've done.
If you use these then you need to use them on a site where the popups/unders company will accept it and also a site that has content that is easy to get traffic to.
I tried them with avnads - instertitials I think they were called - but paid jackshit and only made about 2-3cents per 1000 visitors. P.S Zango/Seekmo is where the monies @ for me too
Seekmo/Zango is the most hated program here at DP - if you wanna join in the hate mail in PMs then join us - they host videos, seekmo is for adults, it's a pay per install, all I do is host porn videos and for the visitor to view a video they have to have the seekmo toolbar installed (before they can) and are greeted by the gateway page to proceed to installation. Once installed the person has the toolbar installed and will have random ad's displayed according to the sites they visit - so a form of adware. It's easy to un-install via add/remove programs. They pay 50cents for US installs and upto about $1.20 if you send a lot of installs, we get about 600 installs a day - but we have a lot of povo' countries which they don't pay for and make about $60 - $70 per day.
Yep, they definitely pay for UK/CA (around 20-30 cents I think?) and also pay similarly for most of europe. Their payment rates are on their site, check my sig.
Yeah US, CA and UK traffic is rated as some of the best traffic and pay most per install, my sites in the top : Vietnam 1,858 Syrian Arab Republic 2,340 Egypt 2,509 Palestinian Territory 2,685 South Korea 4,998 for alexa and these are the povo countries we don't get paid for - damn it. You're not just limited to videos, you can have flash games (including adult) and wall papers.
i use VCM and i'll reject their ads. i don't care what they pay as an aff., i wouldn't use them. my 1.34 ¢
