Need advice on proxy site

I started a new site,

I have 60 uniques and only 1 click. I started advertising it in the last few hours. I have a few questions on how I could make my site better.

1. Are my ads relevant enough? I added keywords into the meta tags, but it only seems to be picking up the word "filter", which I took off 2 days ago. I don't think I'm getting good ctr because of this, but it could be for a number of reasons.

2. Placement? 2 banner ads around the middle, and 1 at the bottom. I'm not sure if this is the best but I heard leaderboards are a good way to go.

3. Would adbrite be better than adsense? I plan on getting a lot more traffic, would it be better to switch over to adbrite for my ads? Would it be possible to get higher ctr than adsense?

I personally would recommend running something other than Adsense on a proxy. I had a proxy and it was A LOT more vulnerable to click bombing than my other sites. I took it off eventually because I didn't want to risk being banned for the little amount of clicks and crappy traffic that I was getting from my proxy....

 

Definitely get the G ads off the proxied pages. This practice will certainly get your account banned and all money earned taken away from you. Adsense is allowed on your home page.

 

Would it be better to go with adbrite? I've never used adbrite but I heard its google's runner up.

 

Well if you want to double your income, All i want to say that buy traffic .. because Traffic=Money.

You could try using Adversal or PayPopUp on your proxy pages.

 

Thanks for the alternatives. I'll check those out. I'm working on spreading the word out, its a slow process and I'm pretty new but I know better than to expect huge numbers after only a week of being online.

 

Why you are not using CPX or Global Interactive Media?

Apply in these 2 sites, They are paying good money .. Im getting $4 to $5/day from CPX.

I also recommend you to buy some link spots at heavy traffic sites/forum i have 1 PROXY site getting 3k/4k uniques per day, if you want a link spot at there you can PM me

CPX accept Proxy ?? because I applied to them in the past and replied they dont accept proxy sites

 

Register with any website and put the ads in your proxy sites, easy
