Well heres a little secret. I don't do it anymore, because im making enough. But its a trick in which you don't need any money or traffic. You can simply ride the traffic of Digital Point and other forums.

It may seem unethical, but making money from traffic that is not yours happens a lot and can be done within minutes. The best thing is, its perfectly legal, legitimate and even applauded by advertising and publishing services.

I make money from the traffic of digital point forum every day. How? Well i average around 50 visitors from digital point forum, through the users of the forum, clicking on my signature. These 50 visitors come, from just starting one thread a day.

But where are the visitors being directed to? And 50 uniques is nothing so how do you make a profit from it? Well putting it simply, i review the lists for this highest paying keywords, of the previous month. And i pick the highest keyword, and develop a free blog, using blogspot on that keyword. The blog has one decent sized post around 300 words and then it is filled with adsense add units.

From those 50 uniques, on average i recieve 2 clicks a day. Which total $5 regularily. Every month i change the blog, which takes about 2 minuts, and i delete the one from the last month. Because the high price keywords are usually smart priced after being at the top for one month. One day i reieved 7 clicks from this traffic and made $28. So that $28 was made from one simple free blog, with one 200 word post on it, which took me about 5 minutes to write.

This is ethical and done all over the internet. Another good tip that i came across this week was to watch myspace artists that haven't turned pro yet. If you see some potential, then make a free blog on them. Once they become popular, you will be laughing the traffic to the bank.

So $28 from 50 uniques is possible. Most often it will bring $5 a day. The best thing is its so easy.

I say this is clever not necessarily unethical but my question is, making $5/day worth it through this method? Why not put that time into developing your site that you're passionate about?

 

So that pretty much rules out any possibility that the article is unique and freshly written?

Imagine if you had 5000 posts on this forum. That link would go a lot farther... I would think you post on more forums then just digitalpoint though.

Untrue, don't jump to conclusions. Im a university graduate and i speed type. 2 minutes is exaggerated, but 8 minutes tops.

 

Your probably right there. I do it because the keywords usually decrease after a month. So there worth nothing. But also to free up room on my blogger toolbar, with heaps of blogs i would not be able to easily access my favourite ones without taking hours. But i probably should do this, and most likely will in the near distant future.

 

Neither of which impress me by themselves. Even in 8 minutes you can't tell me you are contributing anything new to the field of Credit Card Debt

 

I probably could, contribute to the field of credit card debt. But thats not the point. The point of this thread is, if you target expensive keywords, you can use the traffic of DP to make some good adsense money.

 

That is PRECISELY my point. No new contribution. Just another unnecessary page out there to put adsense on.

 

And my point is it doesn't matter, it still makes money. Okay so i guess i should take my other sites that are earning $1000 a week off the net, because they don't contribute to their field and there not necessary?

Why would you say that? I would say that most any person with moderate typing skills could craft a unique article of 200 or so words in just a few minutes.

If you type 40 WPM it would take you 5 minutes to write a 200 word article on something that you at least have a working understanding....

Maybe you were referring to his 2 minute number. <wink>

 

LOL. My two minute number was exaggerated, it takes me about 7-8 minutes usually. After doing about 20 minutes of research on the subject. The best thing is, this could be done in no time. And you don't need good seo, you can just use the traffic of digital point to give you some handy earnings.
