    but only hoping that you finish your site as nobody here
    should accept it under any circumstances...

    Also the way you stated this thread you made it sound as you
    are the one in control of whether you get accepted or not and
    while some may accept you just for the money i myself cannot
    as i have invested to much time into mine to get them devalued...

    You will not have your PR raised by buying a single link from the best (you think of ) directory....It demands continuous investment in link purchases and contextual links etc to help gain good PR and gain in SERP's~
