Which wordpress plugin is (used for voting)

I am seeing this plugin on almost every blog (for example - http://www.catonmat.net/blog/about-this-blog/) but not able to find the plugin. I know there will be many here using if so can someone tell me the name of it or point to the link of it, than that would be awesome.
