So.. I am going to keep the company anon for now. But..

They run multipul adwords accounts(I think). They have different domains and landings for each page. All the whois info on the domains match eachother.

But they are doing this to bassicly take over a keyword. They have numbers 1-10 spots and also lots of lower listings. These are high priced keywords but they are bassicly outbiding everyone and taking all the traffic.

Is this allowed? If not, where can I report it?

I think and this is only I Think, But if they are running different ad-word account + different domains + different landing pages then it's OK with Google since in all honesty it is a separate entity. It's no different from you or me competing for the same keywords.

I was under the impression that this wasn't allowed.

I worked for a business that merged with one of its competitors, and despite the companies still being largely separate entities (albeit with the same owners), they had to harmonise their Adwords campaigns as they were selling the same goods, and bidding on the same keywords.

As I said i'm not sure but if it's running from a seperate adwords account, I truly can't see how google will know.. It might be best to give your local adwords helpdesk a call and ask them directly just to be on the safe side.

It's not allowed. If they are a big spender though Google honestly won't do much about it. They may pull their ads for a few days but odds are they will be back.

All you can really do is continue to report the violation(s) as you see them.
