What happen when we die? I believe our soul is transported to another place, with all the other souls, then they show us our life, what we did right/wrong and teach us how to do better on the next life. After a few times that we "roll" around (some souls more then others) we will become a supreme being and enjoy the "forever lasting happiness". What do you think that happen ?
I believe when we die, we will sort of be in limbo until the time comes when God Judges the world according to each persons sins. I believe only those who have accepted him as Lord and Saviour will go into the kingdom of heaven! I know I will be there, and I hope to see some DP buddies there to.
I don't believe in god .. but believe in second life .. cuz have some experience regarding that ... ...
yes, i do believe on the so called "next life". Our body may die but our soul will go somewhere in a place they called "God's Kingdom".
Well I believe that our consciousness, as it is now, ceases to be, and we turn into dirt, just as everything else on this planet does. As pessimistic as that may sound. But it's not that bad, we live on through the plants we fertilize and the worms we feed! I'm still open to the whole soul idea, though I'm not sure I can fully believe in it.. until I see a ghost!
When you die, you die. There is no more "you". Nothingness. No 'soul transportation to another dimension' and no 'reborn as a cow' scenario will occur. Deal with it, people.
How do you know? No one really knows this for sure, except for those who have died, and they generally don't come back and tell us.... I tend to look at things from a scientific perspective. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, and since this is a law of conservation of energy, it is safe to say that your energy does continue after you die. While you may no longer exist in human form, your energy is definitely there. When you start studying quantum physics, there are a lot of unanswered questions. Leading scientists now believe that parallel universes are real, and time travel is a possibility. Who knows? Maybe you'll become a ghost.
Until you can prove me wrong, this is the most rational, logical answer you can get. Many people can't seem to think that life ends sometime, they cannot seem to comprehend it. "There MUST be something beyond!", bla bla. I never exclude time travel nor parallel universes. It has nothing to do with ghosts and souls.
I believe that what happens when you die is that you enter a long, brilliantly white tunnel filled with light. You are surrounded by the most awesome feeling of love and protection that you have ever felt. Then you find yourself in a white room...where is there a ticket machine on the wall...and then you hear a heavenly voice say: "Please take a ticket and have a seat until your number is called." I think they are currently helping number 497. The people that have near death experiences say that their ticket number was around 6 billion so it's going to be a loooooong wait.
I have to agree with telsa, you don't know, I don't know. In all fairness nobody knows what happens after we die which makes it both an interesting and scary thing to think about. LOL that's the kind of numbnuts illogical statement GTech might come up with. How can he (telsa) prove you wrong, how can you prove him wrong lol. As I just said nobody knows dude. Not a single person knows so save the BS mate, this isn't FOX News. My own personal belief is that when we die it doesn't just end there, I'm personally believe something happens but I haven't got the faintest idea what that is, just like everybody else hasn't got any idea what happens when they die.
You certainly aren't to the right of center. So a fair guess would be to say center/independent, yes?
i think i was a snake in my past life but i really dont believe in getting rebirth in next life. haha.
