It's not hard at all. They are mostly automatic scripts. I like downloadsonline because it's updated with lots of features. You don't even have to upload anything.

 

Cool. I actually just signed up, and used an iframe to show it as a page on my blog. Although the site is a little to cluttered, it looks promising. I'm just going through it now to see what looks best to promote.

 

I don't think it would be a good idea to do iframe on your current blog. What I did was buy a new domain and just used downloadsonline method of iframe. Works.

They don't even display thumbnail images and don't have visitor friendly titles and descriptions of sites. Also they are not Free.

 

But it's not getting good result with CB Mall.

Please remember that free untargeted traffic from 'traffic exchanges' doesn't convert well. So, it is difficult to make sales using this method.
