My moneybookers was bloked ;/

    My moneybookers account was blocked due to internet activity. What should i do now? I cant play poker now :(

    Try to contact them. They will require some ID document from you. It's verification step beside some step such as address, credit/debit card and bank account.

    I think you will get back your account after you provide them all document which they require.

    Can I ask what country you're from? Because Moneybookers prohibits the users from some countries to send or receive payments to websites offering gambling services such as pokers games.

    I have seen many people using MB for gambling online and getting blocked, i think thats one thing why MB blocks some accounts.

    They block only the accounts that deposit into gambling sites and in their country gambling is illegal, for the other people its okay to send funds to gambling sites.

    OK. I have talked with support and they told me that i need to send them copy of ID document proofed by our government or police etc.


    It could take up to 2 weeks when they will receive documents ;/

    Thanks for help and some new info about MB :)
    Maybe i should use neteller to gambling. :)

    Why creating a new account (against TOS) when you could just send them verification documents? I got my account locked few months ago and it took them only couple of days to restore it after I sent them documents. It's not hard IMO :rolleyes:

    Thats right :) I can wait few days. Now i can use Neteller in gambling but first i must deposit something to Neteller. :D
