About a year ago I got banned for a duplicate account. I couldn't retrieve my username and password because my email was at a domain that I lost when registerfly failed to renew it. I've called you as well as emailed you and using the contact us link at the bottom. Weeks when by of trying to contact you and then I finialy made a new account and pm one of the mods and he said "thats kk" Next thing I knew I was banned. This was a big inconvinence for me and I'm wondering why you didn't answer one of my phonecalls emails or letters?
Phone calls, emails and letters? Dramatic much? It's just a forum. You were banned. Duplicate accounts are not allowed for any reason whatsoever. Chances are, this account will be banned as well.
This is the second account that my bann expired on. I did busniess here and made alot of money. It shouldn't of been to hard to respond to one of my emails.
I sent them an email a year ago. They never replied my bann finialy got lifted. I sent them one a month latter incase for some reason they didn't get it still no reply its been a year.
I doubt anyone on their forums actually uses the contact feature. I do though as forums i run are not so big so i do get to check them, but with dp being so big i doubt anyone reads those emails.
Shawn gets about 30,000 emails a month, he told us, if you didn't put an attention grabbing subject, then i feel that your emails were dumped or Shawn looked at your ban, and thought it was correct and therefore not worth wasting time with a reply. on a lighter note to the phonecalls, Shawn does not take collect calls and only call with a sexy sounding heavy breathing. but if its to sexy then he'll think its ViciousSummer on a bender and just hang up now you're saying that this is a dupe account?
yup yup i had many dealing with Shawn. and as i joined when we only had 2500 members, that makes me old school. 3 years of DP that aint double .... never mind
Getting back on track here... what were the usernames? I'll check it out and make notes on your accounts so when the duplicate flags come up again there's an explanation at our fingertips. Who knows, I may even be able to get a username merge for you ... but if you no longer control the domain that's unlikely.
