There's a list of CPM sites that are also reviewed listed here It also says in each review how the cpm sites pay their affiliates, when they pay them, how much they roughly pay, etc. Hope that helps you a little.
They are the referral tiers if you get some one to sign up you get x% of what ever they make. If they get someone to sign up they get x% and you get x% of what every the second affiliate makes. For example if the first tier makes $1000 and the pay out rate for affiliates is 50% you earn $500 on top of what ever you make. If the first tier then affiliates another person, so the second person who signs you is your second tier. The you can earn more. If the tier rate is at 5% and the second person (second tier for you) earns $1000, you earn $50 and the other affiliate earns $500. Basically if you could understand all of that if you have a lot of affiliates you can make more money. Most services offer a first and second tier system. I have seen a service which goes all the way down to 5. Which by that point you are earning 1% of that 5th tier. Back to my question which I was going to ask. Does any one no of a good CPM beacause I just realized I had 30,000 and want to profit from it. I don't want any popunders etc. Just normal banners. Thanks
there is two kind of tiers , the referral tiers which Blackmane already explain it AND the country tiers , for example Tier1 refers to top country USA/CA/UK Tier2 refers to Spain/Germany/France/Sweden/Portugal/Italy/Ireland/.... and Tier3 + Tier4 refers to the rest of the countries advertisers often pays for Tier1,2 traffic only
