sorry to say felix, I couldn't make it top-10 within the time. But the keyword is coming top-20 my friend..And please keep in mind that the competition is 207,000,000 on google. So, i think if we will get some time then hopefully we can surely achieve it.
But you can't say that our service is just wasted of time.. So funny.. We have satisfied lots of people. And i can proudly say we have got success for our 90% clients. A couple of points here.

Do not try to pretend that you achieved the top 20 ranking. The keyphrase in question was already ranking #13 when you took the project on. You never got it higher than #12 and for several weeks you let it slip to +30. It only came top 20 again when I also started working on it as you were loosing me too much traffic.

I know how much competition there is and so did you when you quoted me for this project. Maybe you should just stick to working with keyphrases with less competition.

For me it was a waste of time. You did not help me or my business and never answered my questions directly, like why did you submit my site to directories where it was already listed? I'm sure you will return my money and that's all well and good but does not make me a satisfied customer.

 

We are only demanding, that we have kept hold the position top-20. You can't denied this.
And you are demanding that you have lost the traffic?? How??
