Any tool to get the Search Engine results?

It becomes a long process to check manually to get the SE position daily. Moreover one has to note down the search results. If there is any tool to get the Search Engine results with all these features.

It would be preferbly in perl or php script.

It is ridiculously fast! I wonder what's being done to make it so fast.

It also gave me slightly different results from the ranking tool I posted above.
