Like the banner, overall design very tidy and functional. Adverts blend in well. Nice blog Maybe change the logo into the shape of a skateboard?

The only suggestion I can offer is to shorten the length... so the site loads faster.. but that is just personal preference..
Im always a fan of images and videos on blogs, but you have focused on them a little to much in my opinion. More written content would attract visitors, keep them there longer, and help with SEO. I would say start with that and see where it goes.
no doubt you have opted for a nice theme. but as wholesalechecklist said earlier try to limit the amount of graphics and videos inside your posts and also do install some social bookmarking plugin! and if easily possible, remove the heading 'Ads' from under the blogroll from your sidebar
Nice overall layout, Seems good for hip hop. I like the logo, its very easy to see and read and it grabs my attention. I think that the background could use a gradient, but that's just me. Very nice overall, keep it up.
