Hey guys!! Just a bit of help needed..

Just see this post of mine:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=4344892#post4344892

I had posted that the auction will end in 20 hours.
If you check the above post, you can clearly see that the poster asked for the end time of auction.
But a crazy moderator has given me an infraction :(

Please Mods please respond and try to be careful and please rectify this as soon as possible.

    1. You broke the rules.

    2. I think moderators cannot remove infractions. I have never seen a case like this which it has been removed.

    3. This thread needs closing.

It would have been better if you had PMed a moderator instead of posting this. You can find the mods at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showgroups.php. I guess you might end up getting an infraction for this thread as well. And a tip you: Never call a mod to be crazy or mad.... it increases the chances of getting yet another infraction :p. Always respect the mods. Even if you don't like them.... *runs*

Also, if you would have quoted the person, you probably wouldn't have even received the infraction!

However if the infraction was for this post, then it was pretty much valid for double posting.

@Robert Allen: I think that mods can remove infractions.

    Count yourself lucky.
I would have given you an infraction for this post too. Restating the current bids is not necessary because it's a statement of the bleedin' obvious.

I got an infraction for that too..

I was just making things clear. Because we had a small chat there and the other posters talked about many BINS.

    So I replied that.

Looks like the mods and I are on the same wavelength! It's really up to the person doing the bidding to read the terms of the sale - that's why you've got to make your opening post succinct.

For your information, i once did this, around 4 days ago. I do not have a reply yet.

Moderators cannot remove infractions. I am 100% sure.

You could've edited your previous post. You made the previous about about an hour before you made the second post...

Make use of the edit button! It stays there for 8 hours.

Yeah! But I think they have to check the posts carefully before just giving an infraction...

This is the matter of a ban of an user... they cant be that careless..

EDIT: Yeah mods can remove i.e reverse infractions...

I have been a victim of this many times

Just stop criticizing the mods dude. They do their jobs well. Everyone might commit mistakes. After all we're all humans. Be polite with the mods. They'll help you for sure.
