bulk VCC

i saw in many threads, indian people sell vcc for only 3 up to 4 dollars, am curious where he gets that cheap price, is there any vcc distributor for 1$ each ?

As far as I am aware, they got some form of resell deal from their bank enabling them to sell vcc.

 

i found ones that sell for 35 cents each

 

Which banks offers selling of VCC ?

 

I am not sure but I knew a guy who was reselling VCC and he told me that his European bank enabled him to purchase VCC which he then resold with a mark up.

I don't know about fees/ if they are allowed to sell these cards but they get them from their banks and these are known as Netsafe cards.

who is selling VCC's at cheap rate for paypal. i need one vcc for paypal so i can verify my girl friends account since she dont have a credit card. so it would be nice if i can get a VCC card for $5 or $6 just to get verified at paypal.

 

I was reading up on NetSafe at HDFC website and from what I read, the one-time used VCC is supposed to be only used by the one who has the credit card account with HDFC and for their own personal usage. It does not appear that you can resell the NetSafe numbers or even let anyone use it, much less use it for Paypal verification. It is like lending your identity to let others get verified by pretending to be you.

It just seems to be not the right thing to do.

Whatever you do, don't get caught especially if you did not get an explicit license from HDFC to offer the VCC.
