DP the best optimized site?

How DP comes in the top results in google ?
Can anyone say how this forum is optimized?

Well, it's listed in DMOZ, and has thouslands of backlinks.

 

It was never really optimized. Most of the links to DP are natural links.

Tons of deeplinks and varying anchor texts may be the key.

Google supports unique content & DP has it... & the links are natural the users feel free to link to DP as it has paid them a lot.... so link building is made easy... & anchor which is searched in google so it is in top & will remain in top...

 

the advantage of dp has unbelieveable backlinks its subpages. not for only home page

 

I think DP focus on visitors' needs more than SEO site itself. having something that visitors needed is the key of success forum.
