    Hello! if I want to sell del.icio.us submissions, I need to use proxy/change IP or not?

    If you are using a major ISP like aol or earthlink you will probably be OK, depends on how many. Always delete your cookies, I use no more cookies, it works great. You don't have to worry about your ip so much if you delete the cookies.

    How does deleting cookies solves the problem.
