Why only adsense on DP ?

    Lot's of webmasters don't even watch google advertisment anymore. And DP is webmasters and marketers forum who don't click adsense much. Why not change adsense to CPM advertisment ?

    Or is there something else that makes adsense good on this forum ?

    I think it's because most people use adsense, so they can put their revenue share code in. Or maybe yahoo has conditions that say that you can only have one code per site. I'm not an advertising genious, I'm just saying what I think.

    Perhaps this should be in the Suggestions + Feedback section?

    I have seen somewhere that Shawn earn $10,000 via adsense. I think it's enough:)

    And it was more then a year ago and DP is getting even double traffic than it was before.

    Yes I know, but as I have understood then your ads can be displayed only on the top right banner area, right ?

    I think many of the Adsense ads displayed on DP are site-targeted and thus CPM.

    DP is already earning for impressions.

    Try running an Adwords campaign for DP and you will get an idea ;).

    No ! Ads (Text only) can only stay under the posts (for revenue sharing). Ads on top right corner are DP's own ads not user's.

    well adsense is not only about CPC its also about CPM ... DP have its fixed adversider ... who are paying /1000 impressions.

    Yes they are know for revenue sharing using Adsense.I also think that most of them use adsense so it benefits for them...ultimately benefiting DP
