[WTS] Website making over $400 adsense!

Hey guys,

I do not know if you have seen my other posts but I am selling off all my websites and leaving the website business, this is to spend more time on my new line of work and to gain some extra money before an expensive Christmas ahead.

I wish to sell my ever popular website, it has made $398.85 adsense this month (6th - 30th) and this was with 3 days downtime! You will see no adverts on the website as I removed to sell the website, please do not think this means it has been banned as I can upload the version with adverts if needed. Why am I taking off the adverts? This has been my last month of having my websites, I am now selling. I wish to receive the funds from adsense for this month and then leave, I do not wish to have $40 or $50 left in adsense without making it to the $100 mark.

The website takes only 10 minutes every couple of days to run and I will show full workings of how to run the website/get the mirrors etc.

COSTS NOTHING TO RUN

I would like to point out this is a great money earner. You may be wondering why on earth is he selling it? The reason is simple, this is not the only site I run, I run many websites taking up most of my time, over the next few weeks I will be selling all my website and this is just another one of them. I am leaving the website business and have made a promise (to my gf) to sell all my sites, as she knows I would like to keep a few even though they would not prosper without my full attention.. As much as I would like to keep this and allow it to keep growing I believe now is the time to leave the website business.

Where is your traffic coming from?

In your adsense stats your not showing the specific channel. How do we know that the revenue in that screenshot isn't from other websites?

Another thing that seems kinda fishy is that you say that you are selling off all your websites because you are leaving the website business but you registered this domain only a month and a half ago, set up the site, and have been driving traffic to it. That makes it look to me like the website was "built to sell" which usually means the traffic will stop right after the sale.

If you can address these issues and send a more detailed traffic report and adsense report then I will be willing to start bidding.

I am leaving the website business, a month ago I had not planned on selling up any of my sites, I created this site and did not expect it to take off like this, if you look at my other posts there are sites from a year old all the way to a month old. I built this with the intention to run and make money from adsense, the reason for selling is explained in the post.

I am sorry but why would you say that when that is not true? Little to none is coming from that webstie, I would preferr it if you did not just guess and asked me for the stats.
