Hello, As a follow up to my last question about Digg and backlinks I want to ask some questions please: 1. What is dig on digg.com? 2. How do I dig my own link? 3. Is it the same thing as posting comments to someone's post on digg.com? 4. What is the importanbce of dig to my link on digg.co? Thanks for your answer
Digg is a social bookmarking site that can drive traffic to your site but it depends on the quality of your content. You can dig your site by submitting it to digg.com

No what I mean is you have popular stories and upcoming stories how many diggs to get your story from upcoming to popular?
hi Digg is one of the social bookmarkig sites and it can useful for ur sites traffic is high as well as increased link popularity
Oh sorry it doesn't quite work like that, see if you get more diggs on your story it will show up on the digg spy tool more which gives your story a better ctr on digg, thats the only thing you can do to get traffic by paying. The only way you can get on the front page is one really unique story and no 'paid' diggs, even 50 unique natural diggs can get you on the front page if a digg editor thinks its worth it. If digg was totally automated it won't have that much authority edit: Just to prove my point further, i took a screen shot from digg right now. See, 94 diggs and its on the front page...
also, with dig you can get plenty of traffic for a short time(if you have a good web site with a good users base[who will vote for you])
