I just wanted to add that you can get as much employees as you want. All the employees will be appointed a manager also.

 

Which country will the employees be located in ?
Can we select the employee too (taking online interview, looking at his skills before he is actually hired ?).
Is there any minimum time frame commitment we have to hire an employee for ?

I also want to have a writer. But i want to know how skilled the writer is. I would like to test the guy by giving him some sort of work and see how fast and wat quality he could do.

I'm a bit confused on the package, are the packages with employees having certain skills as described or are they only trained to do just those tasks?

Has anyone tried this service? I'm tempted to try but I want to see if there are any pleasant experience before throwing in $200 right into the pot. What if the employee is incompetent then cheap doesn't help either if they can't understand a word you are saying lol.

How many hours do you need them? We can't have a employee on standby waiting for you to give him work. The employee has to be paid that standby time. Maybe we arrange for fewer hours a day, that would solve your problem.
