Hey, I'm ranking with my site for a keyword, i checked it with the keyword suggestion tool and the keywords gets searched a lot. However i'm not getting any visitors from it.. Also my site is pretty new and it was kinda weird when i suddently ranked for the keyword (have optimizated for it though) What is going on? Thanks!
check your meta description. Make sure that it is properly describing the page it is linking to and that it attractive to a potential visitor.
Well depends what keyword it is and where you rank on it. Either way get more content relevant to your keyword and you'll do fine.
If you rank in the first page you can get lot of traffic from that keywords. Your traffic would depend on the position of your keywords.
I have a similar issue, I rank 1st out of 160 million for students forum / student forum, but don't seem to get traffic for it. I don't get it to be honest!!!
Looks quite a well designed site with some good categorys, maybe you will get more traffic when the students are back at college, school and Uni.
