I am looking for any CPM program which pays better than adsense. I have a forum, btw. Any suggestions?
Not sure if this will help, but have you looked at the CPM ad Networks at: http://www.affiliateseeking.com/list/23000004/1.html The first 2 listed normally do not accept forums but the ones further down most probably will. I'm not sure if they will pay higher than your Adsense CPM though as I don't know what it is and Adsense CPM can range widely from just a few cents to a good few dollars.

LayerAds is a nice program (see my sig). You can use it in addition to another CPM program (if it's not Layer or Pop based).
Paypopups and popupad.net is in the list in that link that I posted. A great this you have provided but with a few problems which is, it's very outdated. From quickly scanning through it I know a few of the networks and that they don't exist anymore or have problems. These include but is not limited to: budsinc compactbanner exitfuel adoptimal saybyebye.net adhearus leadcrunch - not 100% sure on this one on it's current status infinityads floppybank

Well I am getting around 500 a day, but its a pretty new forum. Around a month old. Hopefull touch the 1000 mark in some time. Also I am interested in CPM not any other as CPC is pretty much worthless in forums.
