Need php coder to make changes to existing imageupload website.

I have a website www.hostmyjpg.com that's used for uploading and hosting images.

Well, I need someone to make a few changes to it.

1. I need there to be an option on the mainpage for adding extra upload slots so the user is able to upload more than 1 image at a time.

2. The output page after the upload should include a textarea with the url of a direct link to image, and another with that being a linked thumbnail that can be posted in forums that will be linked back to a page that has the full size image and can be monetized with ads.
