What do you think of my Paris Hilton site?

Just what she needs: more attention. The site looks decent, but the categories and last 10 posts (the left and right columns) are getting pushed down below the main content (I'm using IE 6.0). Nobody will ever see them down at the bottom of your page.

The site is okay, from the colorscheme you've chosen, it's a bit "quiet" (grey tons.. rather than hot pink). Design wise, it's a bit too conservative for your topic

She is my dream girl. Nice site. But, need to input some more information to make popular this site.

 

Site is very ugly. Theres ages of scroll down space and the buttons up the top are heaps big. K

i agree with the rest.. it's not the right color scheme for your intended audience..

you might also want to fix that template so the text wraps around the images.. currently text gets pushed down..

 

Hi everyone, thanks for the comments and feedback. I have listened to it all and acted upon it.

We now have a fluid width design that fills your screen. Navigation is not at the bottom but at the side, starting with categories, the most important.

We have more colour and we have pink, to hit the spot more with the theme.

Hopefully its a bit less conservative.

What do you think?

BTW, the site gets fantastic traffic from the search engines and google images.

Well , the site colors and the design is really nice but where is the header image? i think you should add a header /banner to it .

I think the site looks good for what it is. I would re-read blog posts before you actually post them, simple spelling mistakes bother me. For example:

Rethink if you think that Paris Hilton and Adrian Grenier are just friend.
Should read, rethink that Paris Hilton and Adrian Grenier are just friends.

Although that is more grammar than spelling. If English is not your first language, don't worry about it.

 

i think the site is sweet, but u just need a hotter celeb besides pairis hahaha

 

Thanks, English is my first language but I do not write the articles, they are RSS syndicated. no work involved. Downside is the odd thing like you have pointed out.
