How often do adsense ads get screened?

I was at a friend's and wanted to discuss one of my websites. I noticed that the google ads weren't showing. I checked my other sites and none there either. Back home and everything looks fine (all adsense showing).

Are many computers programmed to exclude google adsense? What percentage of screens don't show them?

What would my friend have to do to see the ads on her computer?

Is there a thread on here that discusses the problem?

Your Problem can only be solved by emailing adsense support !

And remember adsense is blocked if you are using proxy sites to browse websites.
