The internet hasn't affected my eyes, but my PC sure has.

I started wearing glasses last year. My opto said she's seeing more and more computer nerds coming in to get glasses. Or maybe it's just that more and more people who 'naturally' need glasses are using computers

I bought this book a few months ago, expecting it to be a load of crap - and it sort of is... but when I can be bothered to do the eye exercises, I have noticeably less eye strain/pain when looking out to the horizon, especially when driving (or flying rc planes).

It's a pity (nice) glasses are so fkn expensive...

Nope, my vision is still good. I thought I needed glasses a few years ago, but everything was fine.

I think you need to be carefully yourself...

It totally depends on you. You need to take breaks after some interval of time.

Mine are a little blury but I think it's down to some kind of infection as washing them clears it up.

What I do is look away from my screen every few minutes and focus on things outside and around the room. I never sit and stare at my screen for that long at a time though.
