    Hi,
I wanted to sell two of my directories, so I need some suggestions that how much should I sell it for.
    #1: Paid web directory
    PR3, PR5 Predicted, PS 3.0, 12k backlinks, Alexa Rank of 587,779.
No.3 in google for keyword paid web directory
According to smartpagerank the value is $5,865
    #2: Directory Rating
    PR4 (PR3 internal pages), PR5 predicted, PS 3.5, 4k backlinks, Alexa Rank of 475,223
No.2 in google for keyword directory rating
According to smartpagerank the value is $2,417

So please just tell me how much should I sell it for.
    Thanks :D

Don't depend on smartpagerank estimated value :D

It show me "The estimated value of www.weblinkhouse.com is: $14,240" ;)

around $500 at a guess. Thats 10 months worth of revenue. You should sell it on sitepoint marketplace, probably get a decent amount for it.

Come on $500 for paidwebdirectory.com? Dont you think that is really low? $50 is just from links, then i've got sponsors also.

I said monthly revenue. You should count all revenue the site makes.

I was under the impression it went on 3 months revenue, not 10... ultimately as ever the price will simply depend on finding someone willing to spend x amount on it...

...id leave it at least until the PR update occurs, then if you do achieve the PR your hoping for that will definately provide a better pricing estimate...

It depends on different factors such as timespan of backlinks.Ofcourse the main factor is pagerank and revenue of directory!
    Good Luck as always!

Yes 10-15 months revenue plus some extra for things like custom templates, mods and stuff like that. You directories sound (and look) like $600-$1,000 range. Possibly more, it really depends on how motivated a buyer is. Make a $500 starting bid and see where the price goes.

you should keep the directories because you wont sell them in the condition they are in right now. Quit trying to make a quick buck and get them to provide something useful for a visitor or a search engine.
