Attention : I was in local police station!!!

Hi,

Some weeks ago i purchased an activated google account from Quantan

After one week he sent me an account well account was not working . And account was payed by a credit card and look fishy so i asked him for explanation and refund. ( never got any)

Then today i got a call from local police station.

They questioned me about credit card fraud ( they tracked my ip and domain)

The investigation is still going on .

If you have any information about that guy please send me by pm .
If i do not proov them i think i have to pay some thousands of € penalty and lawer fees.

have you referred them to this forum? i think they need to know he was saying the accounts were legit etc. We are not at fault for buying accounts we thought were legit. I am sure google can refund the credit cards that have been used because i dont think any of the accounts even worked.

Just hope the websites i tried advertising on google are not banned from adwords and allso i dont get any visits from the police!

I hope after this situation nobody gonna buy activated 300 400 500 usd accounts.
nobody have to do it.
I dont know and I dont understand buyers idea? how can be it is possible 300 usd google adw account for 30 $ 40 $ legit.
I think buyers wrong as much as sellers.

 

I really think this whole section should be closed on DP because there are so many scammers who are using stolen credit cards to make these accounts and it is getting us into trouble. Everyone just listen to this one thing, there is no such thing as an activated account now a days. Google, yahoo, and MSN have stopped accepting VCCs. So, there is no way they could make a legitimate account. All the accounts that are on sale at DP are all made from those stolen cards. So, DO NOT BUY them.

I bought a couple of them from David G., but later found those were made from stolen cards. I really thought they were made from vouchers. I really hope this thing does not get me into trouble.

And one more thing, I have to thank Pappybro for scamming me while exchanging paypal ($112) to egold, because if I had gotten that egold, I would have bought more accounts. I guess everything in life has a reason.

Of course that Quantan is shit but there were also many warnings from experienced members (including me) about the illegit of these account, for example:

Actually, I was so surprised when this type of account first appeared (even I have much experience about adwords voucher and account). I had to buy one account to find the details and I understood.

As you see, if the account is legit and funded by voucher, the credit must be appear in "Ballance" area (I'm sure!) . This account is not!

Ok, from now, I hope that buyers can recognize if one account is legit or not.

To Mr_2: There's no way to contact Quantan now, even he's still here with a new nick, I guess.
From my experience, google logged the IP,domain when Quantan created the account and the IP when you create your campaign. They also tracked all your account activities. From these, you can match information to prove that you received account from him.

I spoke with quatan quite alot on yahoo before made his recent scam and toook everyone money on no vouchers...

he got his accounts from a source he wouldnt discolose, but he admitted to me that he thought the accounts couldnt be legal but didnt know how his source funded them.

I believe l3re bought bulk acccounts from the same supplier as quantan , or at the very least dealt with quantan in bulk...

he was last seen on yahoo 3 days ago..

I also brought a 300$ account from a guy on DP some weeks back for around 60$ i think. I have already used it , but now i realize that it may land me in trouble. bullshit

I just notified a friend of mine and warned him with this thread to stop his account which he bought from dp.

Oh jees, Ive bought some of these accounts too, I actually asked how they where funded and was assured till blue in the face they where legit, thinking about it, they did sound too good to be true, theres a guy called 'maurice' that sold me mine so id watch out for that nickname. I cannot believe it, I never for one moment with his itraders suspected anything. What an absolute idiot I am.
