Are you asking whether it makes sense to offer forum posting as a service ? It depends on your source and quality of labour

I would think it depends mostly on where you are posting; if you post on forums that are related to your site and the posts include a link to your site then people may click to visit your site.

Forum posting for the sake of gaining inbound relevant signature links offers a decent return typically - both incoming links from the perspective of search engines and oft as not relevant traffic as well.

Including relevant links within topics can be quite beneficial. Many individuals in need are able to access your page easily that way, increasing inbound traffic. This can be quite effective for most businesses.

Forum posting is what turned our company into a 6 figure company in 1 year :) It can be the absolute most powerful tool in my opinion!

    Can it help? Yes.
    Is it necessary? No.

If you have the time, go for it, but there is other ways to properly market your website.

    Hi,

Forum posting is good for attracting targeted traffic.

In targeted forums you will find people interested in your goods or services.

It take a lot of time, but can be helpful. Just posting on one forum probably won't help much.

I look at it this way. I browse the forums to teach and learn. If I post and someone clicks on my sig then it is worth it. I have actually gained some good pr links from forum posting, But hey either way it sure doesn't hurt..

i would say forum posting is a great supplement to traffic but not the main source in my experience anyways. You also have to make sure that the audience will be interested in what you post about.

    Hi,

I agree with all of you. Forum posting can be a great asset in your internet campaign, but also have in mind that it is not the only method!

I would also add that if nothing else, you meet new people, exchange experiences and sometimes also learn new things or just repeat your knowledge.

It is a good thing anyhow.

    Regards

It can help - just post a lot of tips, and you might be able to start a huge network and more people start visiting your websites.

Still, I do not think it's just up to the tips posting.

You have get others attention, and you won't do that by just posting your GREAT ideas and showing off with them.

I think all the tips and the interactivity are what makes a forum great. This one is especially good because so many people come here and the topics are great!
