what can i do hes a member here in DP SCAMMED ME!

how to get money back and arrest him.

he logged off after i sent payment to him, bought a myspace account hes a scammer everyone PLEASE BAN!

 

it was like what 2 minutes my yahoo froze i will not let you ruin me on that keep your money its not worth it to me

I wasn't talking about you old chap. It is creampie who has some skeletons in his closet.

 

It sort of looks like this is what happened:

1- He sells the account
2- You pay
3- He haggles with someone to BUY the actual account
4- The person won't go low enough to make him big bucks, only $20, so he says no deal
5- He refunds your money.

I don't see the scam there, if I'm right in my reasoning (He did refund you, right?).

It's a common risk when selling something you don't have, to not be able to get it fast/cheap enough to flip a profit.

no what happend was kind of like that I was buying the account he paied i am not saying he didn't. Then he started in on my getting him another big account. Then i started to read posts and yes my yahoo did freeze. I quickly gave him a refund now he is saying i scammed him paypal fees. Even though i sent him a refund and paypal gives the entire thing back. How can i talk to a mod.

CHUCK and PAUL is linked. chuck tried to give me pauls account inwhich he tried to scam me by loggined off after payment!
