mark123456 what were you thinking of, before you put Adsense on the site? 2, 4, 6, 10$ per a click? Most guys here, including me never seen 1$ click before.
Here's some help: pick a new niche. Don't believe those high paying keyword lists. They are old, they are junk, and they weren't that useful when new. Most of those high bids don't have any high bids below them, so the advertiser only has to pay an incremental amount more than the second place bid. A $50 top bid for a keyword with a second highest bid of $1 will cost the top bid advertiser slightly more than $1, not $50. You've found a lucrative keyword that has been found by millions of other people. You're lucky to get that $1 click. You're lucky to get any traffic at all with all the competition out there.
funniest thread of the week. Did u think people would pay $20 to have customers sent to them from a mfa site?
Sorry for this rant, but... Mesothelioma is not something you should make a site for to make money. Yes, people have been doing it for a while now.. and they are all assholes. Mesothelioma is a serious thing and people are making money off it. How would you like it, if you had cancer, yet whenever you try to search for information or help online you just get some website which has nothing on it but a bunch of ads? It is unethical to the lowest denominator.
You are having a giraffe! I cannot believe my fingers are bothering to reply.... stopmmmmussstt stop!! fsj fsoj shs!!! $1 is great! STFU.
I think out of all the replies in this thread this is the most relevant. Cancer is a serious thing and shouldnt be taken lightly. I personally think you should take down your site and find another niche. You are profiting on the suffering of others.
So are alot of others. Taking one site down won't help one little bit. Another one will pop up within a minute. I agree however, that you should at least generate unique content and useful content for people. Perhaps a forum for sufferers?
people like this make me sick. not only he has a MFA on a cancer keyword,he wants to have his friends to click on his ads. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=4316475#post4316475 http://mesothelioma.scienceontheweb.net/
Come on, MB! The kid spent countless minutes on that gem. Did you see it: http://mesothelioma.scienceontheweb.net The peeps will be either helped by his uuhhh concise uh information or be helped by some great ads. I hope they all know how to use a back button.
Your problem is not getting the traffic for your site to meet your $$$ goal, not what to do about getting only $1/click.
I remember from your other thread that you made this site in a school class. Jeez you could have at least blend the ads in.
