Download site for sale - 25k UVs daily, $50 daily from AdSense

I decided to sell my 1 month old Turkish downloading site. The reason for this new downloading site to be sold is urgent need of cash.

downloadindir.net is live for a month and has already hit average 25k unique daily visitors lately. The site has always been on a rise in traffic and a few days ago it stepped over 25k and averaged 25k for this week (it hit to 29k last 2 days). It's highly likely to rise in traffic even more so there is a big potential coming up the following days. Almost all of the traffic is coming from Google so it's highly profitable. Site makes great revenue from Google AdSense. Averages about $45-50 daily and there has been days it hit $100 even. Advertisement placement on the site is converting very well. I have added a screenshot from August which you can check;

The script is freeware and was coded by a friend of mine. I added unique SEO and tagging system to it and now it gets on very well with search engines, especially with Google. It has more than 15,000 indexed pages in Google already after only a month and keeps growing constantly. It has an admin panel which will let you have full control over everything. The admin panel is in Turkish but I will translate it into English for the new owner for no extra cost. Addition of downloads are done manually from admin panel and you can keep the site updated easily by copy/pasting from another site which I am gonna provide you the link of. Or you can hire someone to do this if you desire.

The site is currently hosted on Servage but I am getting warnings that the site uses too much CPU for a basic hosting plan so the new owner should move the site to a shared hosting or a dedicated server.

The site has no pagerank currently but I am expecting it to get something around PR3 after this update. PR prediction tools claim that it's gonna get a PR5 but I can't guarantee that. It has 121 backlinks.

Just a quick note, statistics show that downloadindir.net got 31,000 unique visitors yesterday. It seems that it will hit about 33-35k today. It's rising and rising.
