    I saw lots of sites displaying ads like "You Won! / You are the 9999 Visitor Ads"
    is this ads are profitable than adsense? where can join for these ads? If you know information about these ads pls tell me..

    1,000,000 VISITOR Contest
    Current Visitor Count: 999,856 Visitors


    Then when they click have a CONGRATULATIONS banner.

    Furthermore, if you get the same IP address in a different session within several moments redirect them to a page

    Misleading yes, but also a tad evil!

    I doubt these ads are more profitable than adsense, if not less. These ads usually only work with sites that are for web newbies. If you have a site that attracts a lot of web whizs then you'll get 0 - 0.5% CTR.
