WTS: PHP Forum

I am selling my PHP forum at www.phpidiots.com (will also come with phpidiot.com) I bought this site on DP back in November and have succeeding in destroying it by letting it die The forum still receives decent traffic with no promotion whatsoever. I had originally intended to turn this in to a full blown PHP protal like PHPFreaks with tutorials, guides, help, etc... The forum has 260 REAL members and last time I checked had a PR2. It makes VERY little revenue but does receive some. I am sure that someone who know who to better monetize forums could do better than this because all I use on it is adsense.

So why am I selling? Well, as much as I like coding PHP it turns out I'm not so keen on running a forum about it and as much potential as I feel the site has I simply can't seem to finish projects I have no real interest in. I paid $300 for this forum when I originally purchased it and since then I have added a simple yet unique design, SEF urls, some original content, and increased the traffic.

Not so sure its a bet that you can afford to take!
Its just the 1st furlong and so far seems to be a 2 horse race between the fit miss pink and the mac perhaps that neck between them will stretch in the later stages or one will fall at the hurdles but as it is, if there is no dark horse coming through at the finish i have them at evens

I forgot to mention that this site will also come with the subdomain http://woot.phpidiots.com and http://woot.phpidiots.com/?action=last10 with the script running on it. Its a basic woot-checker script that I have made a few AJAXY modifications too. Anyone familiar with woot will know what this is. During Woot! Offs this page gets a lot of traffic but you will have to take my word for it as it doesn't work when there isn't a woot-off. I decided to keep the main woot of page ad free but the new owner can do whatever they like with it. I have decided to put the BIN at $300 which would be exactly what I paid for this site 8 months ago before I put ANY work in to it. Obviously I am pricing it at $300 because of the potential and not the revenue.

Let's go with Friday August 31st at 12:00PM EST as the end date or until a BIN is made.
