Jump in number of Google and Adsense spiders

I have been looking at my site today and there has been a jump in Google and Adsense bots Google AdSense Spiders (3), Google Spiders (4) may not seem alot to some other people but I usualy had around 2 google spiders and 1 adsense spider. I have also seen a major drop in traffic could all this be apart of a pr update?

 

google is close to a big update .

i suggest you to wait google to finish it.

Mine, not yet. I'm still waiting until google finish their update.

 

Perhaps there is an update on the way, but perhaps lots more IBLs were found to your site. From your sig on here perhaps?
